Hidden Worlds is a trade name of Feltsense Holdings, Inc. In these Terms, "Hidden Worlds," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Feltsense Holdings. "You" refers to anyone who visits this site or buys from us.
Feltsense Holdings, Inc. is the seller of record for every purchase made through this site.
By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What we sell
We publish and sell digital guides delivered as downloadable files, typically PDF. We do not sell physical goods and nothing is shipped.
After your payment is processed you can download your purchase immediately from the order confirmation page, and a download link is also sent to the email address you provide. Make sure that address is correct at checkout.
Immediate delivery and your right to cancel
Because our products are delivered immediately, by completing your purchase you request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase once the download begins. This does not affect any separate policies we publish on this site.
What you may and may not do with what you buy
When you buy a guide, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download it, read it, and print a copy for your own use. You do not acquire ownership of the content.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish the file or any substantial part of it, upload it to a file-sharing site or any other public location, use it to create a competing or derivative product, or remove or alter any notices or attributions it contains. We may terminate your licence and your access if you breach these restrictions.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at checkout.
Payment is processed by Shopify Payments. We do not store your card details.
If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us before disputing the charge with your bank. It is faster for you and it costs us both less.
Our content is information, not professional advice
Our guides are general information. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.

The licence described above covers your own personal use. Beyond the restrictions set out there, you may not use our guides, in whole or in part, to train or fine-tune a machine learning model, extract, index, or republish their contents in another product or service, or present their contents as your own work.
Our guides describe how things are commonly done. They do not authorise you to do anything. Where an activity requires a licence, permit, registration, insurance, or inspection, obtaining it is your responsibility, and nothing in a guide substitutes for it.
We may refuse service or terminate your access for any of the above.
Intellectual property
All content on this site and in our guides, including text, images, layout, and the Hidden Worlds name and marks, is owned by Feltsense Holdings, Inc. or used under licence. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices, and we are not liable for anything arising from your dealings with them.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feltsense Holdings, Inc. from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to buy from us. By purchasing, you confirm that you are.
Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the site. We may terminate your access at any time if we believe you have breached them. Obligations that by their nature should survive termination will survive it.
