Refund Policy

All sales are final

Our products are digital guides delivered immediately after purchase. Because you receive the full product the moment your payment is processed, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable except where refunds are required by applicable law.

By completing your purchase you request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right to cancel or withdraw once the download begins.

Before you buy

Every product page states the page count, format, and what the guide covers, and many titles include a free sample. Please read the description and the sample before purchasing. If a guide is not what you are looking for, that is much easier to establish before you buy than after.

If you have a question about whether a particular guide covers what you need, email us before you order and we will tell you straight.

Exceptions

If a guide is materially different from what its product page described, email support@hiddenworld.shop and our support team will review it case by case. Tell us which title you bought and what the guide claimed versus what you found. These reviews are discretionary and we expect them to be rare, but we would rather hear about it than have you feel misled.

If something goes wrong with delivery

This is not a refund question and we treat it differently. If your download link does not work, if you received the wrong file, or if you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us and we will fix it. A failed delivery means you did not receive what you paid for, and we will either resend the file or return your money.

Chargebacks

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank. We can usually resolve it the same day, and a dispute takes weeks and costs us both more than it needs to.
